How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive detailed instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund is processed.
