We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, we will keep you informed.

3. Shipping Rates

All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted locations. Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations based on carrier policies or U.S. regulations.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonverro.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
