1. Return Eligibility
At Maison Verro, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. At this time, returns are available only for customers located in the United States.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original components. Items that show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund.
2. Return Method and Shipping Costs
All approved returns must be sent by mail.
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be shared once your request has been approved.
3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the reduced value of the item.

We offer exchanges for customers in the United States. To request an exchange, please follow the standard return process.

5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, Maison Verro will process your refund within 7 business days.

6. Restocking Fees
Maison Verro does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
However, if returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued to reflect the reduced value.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
